Passions: Recently rediscovered and am using Tapping (EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques) as a truly effective tool in making remarkable changes and removing blocks in creativity. Creativity and career transitions coaching and consulting with corporate and private clients. Coaching and training using Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) in team building, change and communications workshop design and delivery.

At a Fortune 100 company’s internal Career Center in Raleigh/Durham NC (for 13+ years), coached regular employees in becoming more career self-reliant, using Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and other assessments in helping clients understand preferences in energy source, decision making, structuring their lives. Volunteered for 2+  years at local State agency reviewing resumes for those un/underemployed.

CoachU graduate with 15+ years in the computer industry, as a facilitator, programmer, systems analyst, consulting in electronic meeting room technology and quality improvement for external/internal customers.  Currently in CoachVille Graduate School of Coaching and EFT University certification program.
